"For a long running time we used them and all was good. Then this last recent time we renewed our policy and told them we used the vehicle for delivery driving occasionally. Forward 2 months right after we pay the bill, they call us the same day to say that we no longer have coverage and should start shopping around because they do not cover delivery drivers. Very shady practice knowing they don't cover that type of vehicle but still proceded to write up a policy and make us pay for it"

"Do not go with harris state farm if you have 3 claims withing 7 years they will drop your home insurance. Last i checked that is what insurance is for as long as you keep payments up. Especially with missouri weather. Sadly i been a customer of state farm for many years. Time to spread the word."
