"Although when I called their Joplin office I always found Ashley to be helpful and kind, I think this agent has bitten off more than they can chew by taking all of the clients from the former agent as well as running their Neosho location. Communication was slow and poor, my bills were consistently messed up and took days to sort out. I was also signed up for discounts I wasn’t asked about in the initial quote and then my premium went up when they were removed because I didn’t sign up for whatever program. I’m a longterm State Farm customer and have moved my business to another local office, but can’t say I would recommend Fred Harris and his operation. Do better, guys."
